Kingo Notifications is a private operations tool for Kingo Services. It brings matching work-order emails into a shared dashboard and sends Pushover alerts to the owner's registered devices.
What the app does
- Checks connected Gmail for configured work-order messages, whether they are read or unread.
- Stores a message preview and a link to the original email, with duplicate prevention.
- Tracks acknowledgment and handled status, and retries pending notification delivery.
- Offers an editable lead-value calculator for travel, paperwork and seasonal costs.
Why it connects to Google
The connection requests read-only Gmail access. The configured workflow retrieves message metadata and snippets for matching work orders. It does not send, change or delete Gmail messages, or accept jobs on a provider's behalf.
This page explains the app. The operational dashboard requires the owner's authorized sign-in.
